Coronavirus cases in South Derbyshire
The latest figures show a further reduction in the number of COVID-19 cases in South Derbyshire.
There were 157 cases of COVID-19 confirmed between 27 February and 5 March compared to 168 cases in the previous week (20 to 26 February).
The number of cases of COVID-19 in South Derbyshire remains high. We must all continue to follow all guidelines to prevent the further spread of the virus: particularly "hands, face, space".
Community testing centre
Please remember community testing for COVID-19 is available in South Derbyshire.
The testing centre at Midway Community Centre is open each day, from 9am to 7pm on weekdays (last admission 6.15pm) and 9am to 4pm at weekends (last admission 3.15pm).
With one in three people who have COVID-19 not having any symptoms, it is important that people continue to be tested. The test is available for anyone aged 11 and over.
