Bearded Theory 2025 - Residents Information

The Bearded Theory Festival will return to Catton Park between Wednesday 21st and Sunday 25th May 2025, and the attached Notice has been created to inform you of the measures being taken to minimise disruption due to noise and traffic. Equipment will begin being delivered to the site on Friday 9th May, with final clearance expected by Friday 30th May.

Deliveries will follow routes that avoid nearby villages wherever possible. Due to highway weight and height restrictions, some HGV deliveries must come via Walton on Trent, although these will be scheduled to pass arrive between 9:30am and 4pm whenever feasible. We appreciate your patience — some vehicle movements outside these hours will still occur. Friday 9th May will be a particularly busy day for HGV movements due to significant fencing deliveries.

If you experience any disruptive noise, please call our Event Control team directly on 07301 004031, and we will investigate in real time. If you are reporting a noise issue, it's helpful to include your What3Words location so we can respond as accurately as possible.
