Vacancy - SDDC - District Councillor

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972, that a vacancy exists in the office of District Councillor for the Seales Ward of South Derbyshire District Council.

Section 89(1)(b) provides that an election shall be held within 35 days (so computed) after notice requesting an election to fill the said vacancy is given to the Proper Officer, in writing, by two local government electors from within the District of South Derbyshire
