Free lateral flow tests
Derbyshire County Council will be handing out lateral flow COVID-19 tests for people who do not have symptoms at the following 4 sites on Wednesday 22, Thursday 23 and Friday 24 December between 9am and 4.30pm each day:

The Telephone Box / Defibrillator at the corner of Main Street/Station Road is now fully operational and available 24hours a day should the need ever arise.
In an emergency a 999 call will direct you to the nearest Defibrillator and provide the access code.

The Prime Minister has announced new rules to help us all protect ourselves and others from a new variant of COVID-19 called Omicron.
The Omicron variant has extensive mutations from previous versions of the virus so we need to take urgent measures to protect ourselves from it.

During the week commencing 22 November 2021, weather permitting, contractors will be in the park repairing the area under the children's swings. Hopefully the wet pour patch will be a more permanent repair than in previous attempts.
The contractors will be barrier taping off the swings and putting up signage until the work has been completed and the patch has set.
